Vendor registration is closed for 2025. The form can be filled out for interested vendors for 2026.

All food truck vendors must apply for a vendor privilege license from the city of Cherokee Village.

Vendors must have an Arkansas food truck health permit posted in their truck.

A&P Commission collects an advertising tax on all gross receipt sales from prepared food and beverage and hotel/motel accommodations in Cherokee Village. 2% A&P tax must be collected and remitted.  Link to tax form.

All vendors need a current business license.
